Wilhelm Profile
Probably the mastermind behind the whole plot in Xenosaga. Wilhelm is the director of Vector Industries and main patrocinator of the KOS-MOS project. He rarely shows in public and mostly supervises everything from his office located on the top of the Damerüng. The Testaments seem to follow his orders and unlike most of others, he isn't so interested on obtaining the Zohar, but rather to reach Abel's Ark and open the doors to "Lost Jerusalem", something that will happen when "KOS-MOS awakens" he says.
While he looks like a 18 years old, it is probable he really is much older than that, one of the proofs is that he was there when Voyager died, something that took place many years before the first episode of the series (Piped Pier). His real intentions and what he exactly is, remain unknown, but he seems to have some sort of conection to "chaos" and to know the secrets behind KOS-MOS and Shion.
