Kefka Palazzo is the primary antagonist of Final Fantasy VI. And the perhaps the most diabolical villain ever to appear in a Final Fantasy game. Some will contest this with Sephiroth, but the truth is nothing comes even close to the evil schemes of Kefka. Kefka was sadistic only bent on the destruction of the world and it's people. Hence the reason why he was chosen for this site.Early on in the game Kefka acts as a pawn working for Emperor Gestahl most of the time carrying out orders. However over time Kefka start to show his true ambitions and evil intentions throughout the game. First by killing the complete population of the Kingdom of Doma by poisoning their water supply. Later on he eventually will kill general Leo in Thamasa and gained access to the Esper world to find the warring triad and raise the floating continent.Eventually the returners confronted Kefka on the floating continent, but it was all too late. Kefka managed to realign the warring triad statues and the apocalypse would begin ultimately destroying and reshaping the world of balance into the world of ruin. kefka became nothing short of a God by then ruling the world by fear and destruction to those who opposed him by using the "Light of Judgement".But eventually the Returners would reform their ranks again and when all allies found eachother it was time to deal with kefka once and for good in his tower. A fierce battle ensued in 4 phases with the last one Kefka in his God form, also known as the Dark Angel where Kefka would finally be beaten and order would be restored to the world.
