Albedo Piazzola Profile
Unit #667, one of the various U.R.T.V. and of the few ones to have emotions. Albedo was created in the Yuriev Institute along with Jr. (Rubedo) and Gainun (Negredo). During their life in the institute the three became almost brothers, specialy Albedo and Jr. since both were siamese brothers joined at the spine and they shared the same heart; later they were separated, each one with half of the heart. During the Militia Conflict, he became affected by U.D.O. and since then his mind became twisted. His madness can also be explained by the nature of his powers; he has the ability to regenerate and because of that he cannot die and was afraid of ending up alone; he even became obsessed to destroying his own bodyparts himself and regenerate them again and again, specialy his head.
He shows nothing but hate towards Jr. and MOMO, probably because he always concidered Jr. his best friend until Jr. meet Sakura, whom Albedo claims she stole Rubedo's attention from him. Violent and insane, he is after the Zohar probably seeking a way to fullful his destiny and being able to die. He uses an E.S. called Simeon, which is larger than the usual A.G.W.S. and has the power to destroy an entire fleet (both Human and Gnosis) by itself.
On Episode 2, Albedo finally dies after his final battle with Jr. who used the Red Dragon (the only thing that could kill Albedo). His last words show that he still had a bit of love towards Jr, then he happly dissapears along with the Space-Time Anomaly he created. But during the epilogue of the game, Wilhelm introduces a new Testament, who wears a withe cloack and is called the "Weaver of the Eternal Circle of Zarathustra", along with some other hints, it is rumored that Testament is Albedo reincarnated, just like Vergil and Voyager.
